 An adorable story
Diamond's Dog Day at Home is a counting book for children. I thought Diamond was a great character, and very interesting. She is very smart and teaches how to count, and she counts by one. This is great for sitting down with your little one, and reading and learning. The illustrations are vivid and tell the story as well. This story brings the reader throughout Diamond's day. I really enjoyed this adorable, and educational story. I look forward to what more children's stories this author can provide.

Learning and imaginationJohnson always pens a remarkable children's story and Chloe Counting Florida by 2s is no different. Chloe is a child who loves to learn, and takes her imagination on a wild and interesting journey. As she learns about the state of Florida, she takes it one step further and counts things by two, (such as two alligators). This story is imaginative, and children will love the graphics and story, while learning. I look forward to reading more wonderful children's books by this author, as reading each one is an adventure in learning...

I loved how Johnson shows that Harmony and Dominic’s family is so much more than their dad and mom. Seeing how their other relatives work to help them get through Mom’s tour of duty is so inspiring. Our Military Family is an ideal selection for reading time which provides support for military kids like Harmony and Dominic. It also highlights the sacrifices and adaptations military families make to serve our country. With knowledge and awareness, kids can build empathy for those kids who are missing a mom or dad right now. Sana Freeman’s illustrations hit the mark brilliantly. I particularly liked the pictures showing the family at the park and welcoming home Mom on one of her visits. Johnson’s story is written in language suitable for new readers to read on their own as well. Our Military Family is most highly recommended.- 5-Star Review, Readers’ Favorite

This is my latest project Our Military Family .  Many families miss loved ones when they are away serving in the military.  Sometimes the service men and women are away from moms, dads, brothers, and sisters.  In this story Dad and the kids, Harmony and Dominic, are home missing mom.  Mom is in the United States Army, and during her deployment, she is sometimes gone for up to 12 months.  Throughout the book you experience what the family has to do to cope without mom, all the while missing her.   I hope this book is a testament to those families who make many sacrifices at home and abroad so that we can enjoy the freedoms that we have.

4 StarsA great children's read
I haven't read any Aiden books before, but I found this one quite interesting, and a great read for children. The story was written to be geared toward children, and it succeeded.

A Review
What a great book! From excellent illustrative work to its motivational story, “Aiden, the Basketball Star” is far more than a “children’s” book.
Aiden had been a fantastic soccer star but wanted to try his hands at basketball. Unfortunately, they’re very different but with the help of his best friend, his family and the people around him, Aiden realizes his full potential at playing this sport, too!
EXCERPT “As the team celebrated their guaranteed entrance into the playoffs, Aiden realized that he had great hands, but they are nothing without his team working together. Teamwork, he concluded, is the main ingredient for victory.”
What also sets this book apart from other children’s books is that Suzan has included a glossary of terms and activity readers can use to help them understand some of the terms used in this book.
